Man-Made Hurricanes
There are HARP machines, and submarines deep inside the ocean that target tectonic plates, that shoot with sonar technologies (as the spiral seen in the image) at the inbetween energies of these plates, which cause disturbance to the Earth's environment. Once they irritate the waters, this unbalances the elements. Together with these irritated plates and the technology inside the clouds in the skies, this causes the catastrophic hurricanes directed often to Florida and these Southern areas. Why Florida and these Southern areas and islands? Because these locations are pieces of land left behind from the ancient times of Atlantis.
